All physical products are only produced after you have placed your order (POD - print on demand). By producing on demand, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and large inventories, which is a more sustainable way to create and consume.

Therefore, please shop mindfully and choose something you truly want or look forward to giving as a gift, something that will be appreciated for a long time.

This applies to Posters with or without frames and Canvas prints.

Returns

What does Print on Demand mean?

Print on Demand means that your product is created only when you have placed your order. Instead of producing large inventories in advance, each product is created on demand – just for you.

This reduces the risk of overproduction, unnecessary waste, and products that never find a home. It's a way of creating more sustainably and with greater care for both the craftsmanship and our shared resources.

When will I receive my order?

Production time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy for digital products?

Digital products, such as downloadable patterns for crochet/knitting/sewing, are not eligible for returns.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Digital products are exempt from shipping fees.
