Terms of purchase & user terms

Welcome to Ateljé Anagram. Here you will find information about what applies when you shop for products through my webshop, how my products may be used, and what rights and obligations apply to a purchase.

I want shopping at Ateljé Anagram to feel simple, safe, and clear. If anything is unclear, you are always welcome to contact me.

1. About Ateljé Anagram

The webshop is run by me, Rebecca, under the company name Ateljé Anagram.

Ateljé Anagram offers, among other things, art prints, posters, canvas products, and digital patterns for crocheting, knitting, and sewing.

By completing a purchase through the webshop, you agree to these terms of purchase.

2. Order and purchase

When you place an order in the webshop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products you have selected.

After a completed purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation contains information about your products, price, and delivery details.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, a product has been incorrectly priced, is no longer available, or if technical errors have affected the order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount you paid will be refunded.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT where applicable.

Prices and product range may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect already completed and confirmed purchases.

In connection with an order, any costs for shipping and other fees are displayed before the purchase is completed.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the payment options available in the webshop at the time of purchase.

The payment methods offered may change over time.

Ateljé Anagram is not responsible for any technical problems or disruptions at an external payment provider, but will of course be happy to help if you need assistance with your order.

5. Physical products

Physical products in the webshop may include posters, art prints, and canvas products.

Product images are used to provide as fair a representation as possible of the product. However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen, monitor settings, and lighting conditions.

Measurements, materials, and other product specifications are stated on each product page.

POD (print on demand) products are produced only after an order has been placed. This is part of Ateljé Anagram's way of avoiding unnecessary production and storage.

6. Digital products

Digital products, such as crochet patterns, knitting patterns, and sewing patterns, are delivered digitally.

When you buy a digital pattern, you do not buy the copyright to the pattern. You receive a personal, limited right to use the pattern for your own private use.

This means you may:

  • download and save the pattern for your own use
  • print a copy for your own use
  • use the pattern to create your own item for private use.

This means you may not:

  • copy or distribute the pattern to others
  • sell, share, or give away the digital file
  • publish the pattern, in whole or in part, on the internet or in social media
  • translate, rewrite, or recreate the pattern to sell or distribute it
  • plagiarise or create a substantially imitated pattern based on Ateljé Anagram's patterns
  • use the pattern as a basis for commercial production
  • sell or otherwise commercially use products created from the pattern without written permission from Ateljé Anagram.

If you are interested in using a pattern or a finished item commercially, you are welcome to contact me. Commercial use can only take place after express approval.

7. Use of posters, artworks, and canvases

All illustrations, motifs, photographs, graphic elements, texts, and other creative works appearing on Ateljé Anagram belong to Ateljé Anagram or are used with permission from the respective rights holder.

When you buy a physical product, you gain ownership of the physical copy you have purchased. However, you do not buy the rights to the motif or the creative work.

Therefore, you may not:

  • photograph, scan, or otherwise reproduce the motif for the purpose of creating new copies
  • copy or print the motif yourself
  • use the motif in your own marketing or commercial activities
  • use the motif on products that you manufacture or sell
  • sell reproductions or copies of the motif
  • digitise or distribute the motif
  • use the motif as a basis for your own commercial work.

Physical art products are intended for private use and may not be used as reseller products or in commercial activities without prior written approval from Ateljé Anagram.

If you are a shop, stylist, interior designer, or other business and wish to sell or use Ateljé Anagram's products commercially, you are warmly welcome to contact me for information on reselling and collaborations.

8. Copyright

All original content on the website belongs to Ateljé Anagram or is used with permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • illustrations and artworks
  • photographs
  • product images
  • graphic design
  • texts
  • digital patterns
  • logos and graphic elements
  • other material created for Ateljé Aneljé Anagram.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Copyright arises automatically for works that meet the requirements for copyright protection and means, among other things, that the creator determines how the work may be copied and distributed.

9. Right of withdrawal – (POD) Print On Demand products

Ateljé Anagram's Print on Demand (POD) products are produced only when you, as a customer, place your order. The product is therefore specifically manufactured for you and is not kept in stock as a finished item.

Since the product is manufactured after your order and is specially produced for you, there is no right of withdrawal for these products, to the extent that the exception for specially manufactured or customized goods according to consumer legislation is applicable.

If something has gone wrong

Your right to make a complaint of course remains. If your product is damaged, incorrectly printed, has a production defect, or is otherwise defective when delivered, contact customer service as soon as possible.

Please describe the problem and attach clear images of the product and the defect. Thereafter, we will help you find a solution together – for example, by replacing the defective product or otherwise rectifying the problem in accordance with your rights as a consumer.

When a return is approved, the product must be returned according to the instructions you receive from Ateljé Anagram.

The product should, as far as possible, be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You may be responsible for any reduction in value if you have handled the product more than necessary to assess its properties and function.

10. Right of withdrawal – digital products

Digital products are subject to special rules.

When you purchase a digital pattern and choose to access it immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses when the digital delivery begins, provided that you have given the consent and received the information required by law.

If you experience problems downloading or accessing a digital product, you are always welcome to contact Ateljé Anagram and I will help you.

11. Complaints

If a physical product is defective, you have the right to complain about it according to consumer law regulations.

Contact Ateljé Anagram as soon as possible if you discover a defect and describe what is wrong. Please send pictures if it concerns a physical product.

Complaints do not apply to damage caused by improper use, careless handling, or normal wear and tear.

If a digital product does not work as it should, for example if the file is incorrect or cannot be opened, you should contact Ateljé Anagram and I will try to solve the problem.

12. Delivery

Delivery information and estimated delivery time are stated on the website or in connection with the order.

Since some products are produced after order, the delivery time may vary between different products and depending on the delivery location.

Ateljé Anagram is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond my control, such as delays with carriers or other external suppliers. I will of course do my best to help if a delay occurs.

13. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided when ordering or via the delivery solution used in the webshop.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address and to be able to receive and open the relevant file type.

If you do not receive your digital product, contact Ateljé Anagram and I will help you.

14. Customer's responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering is correct.

You are also responsible for using the website and purchased products in accordance with these terms and applicable legislation.

You may not use the website in a way that could harm Ateljé Anagram, the website, other customers, or other persons.

15. Product information and errors

I do my best to ensure that all information on the website is correct and up-to-date.

Despite this, typos, technical errors, or other unintentional errors may occur. Ateljé Anagram reserves the right to correct incorrect information and update product information when needed.

If a clearly incorrect price has been published, an order may be cancelled.

16. Changes to the terms

Ateljé Anagram may update these terms of purchase when needed, for example due to changes in the business, the webshop, or applicable legislation.

The terms that apply at the time of your purchase are those that apply to your order.

The latest version of the terms is always published on the website.

17. Personal data

When you shop through Ateljé Anagram, certain personal data needs to be processed to manage your order, payment, delivery, and customer service.

How personal data is collected, used, and protected is described in more detail in Ateljé Anagram's privacy policy.

18. Applicable law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

As a consumer, you always have the rights that follow from mandatory consumer legislation. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights you have by law.

Contact

If you have questions about a purchase, a product, digital patterns, complaints, returns, or commercial use, you are always welcome to contact me.

I run Ateljé Anagram with great care for both the creative work and the people who shop here. If you are unsure about what applies to a product or want to use something in a way not explicitly described above – please ask first. I'd rather help find a solution than have you guess.
